Tenet Healthcare Corp., the second-largest U.S. medical facility operator, is keeping its advisers busy this month with two deals involving very different aspects of the healthcare business: selling urgent care centers and buying surgery centers. But they do have one thing in common: Both deals reflect a desire to offer more profitable treatment that requires different real estate.
