Chemical Company Acquires 97,386-SF Manufacturing Bldg.

The Dow Chemical Company, the world's second largest chemical manufacturer, acquired the industrial facility at 7215 Cahill Road in Edina, MN, from private owners for $7.95 million, or $82 per square foot.
