Sandra Lampée Baumgartner
Lampée Baumgartner has been named general manager at the 16-room Château de Fiac by the Pavilions Hotels & Resorts in Tarn, France, close to the city of Toulouse. Her career has been in France, and she arrives from a role of director at another château, Château de Montcaud in Sabran.
Josh Renouf
Renouf has been appointed circular design manager at London-based owner-operator Lamington Group. Renouf’s role for the hotel firm is to reduce “hospitality waste and [transform] it into new purposeful and functional products.” He comes to the hotel industry from lifestyle- and homeware-brand Joy Resolve, where he was CEO.
Floris Kouijzer
Kouijzer has been named as general manager at the 161-room Bankside Hotel London, a Marriott Autograph Collection, on the south side of the River Thames by Blackfriars Bridge. Cycas Hospitality is the hotel’s operator. Kouijzer arrives from the same role at hotel One Hundred Shoreditch.
Hoda Tahoun
Tahoun has joined Geneva-based Kempinski Hotels as chief talent officer. Her previous role was as global leader, leisure and hospitality, at recruiter Russell Reynolds Associates.
Joe Stather
Stather has begun as managing director at business advisory Crowe U.K. He previously worked at hotel-industry conference organizer Questex and also has worked at STR, now owned by CoStar.
Emmanuel Blanchemanche
Blanchemanche has been named general manager of the 93-room Zannier Bendor, which is to open in May 2026 on the French Mediterranean islet of Île de Bendor, a private island owned by Société Paul Ricard. Blanchemanche began his duties on May 5. Previously, he was general manager at the Hôtel Les Roches Blanches Cassis, a little further west along the coast.
Gemma Connor
Connor been appointed as general manager at the 179-room Moxy Belfast City, the first for that brand in the Northern Ireland capital and a transformation of the former Park Inn by Radisson. The owner of the hotel is MHL Hotel Collection.
Stephen Nash
Nash has been named as the general manager of the upcoming, 146-room The Other House Covent Garden. The Central London hotel owned by London Central Portfolio is due to open by the end of 2025.
