A Bellevue, Washington, business park formerly known as Lincoln Executive Center recently got some upgrades and could be in for an even more extensive overhaul. The potential project is a vote of confidence in the future of the office market around Interstate 90, the owners say, though office rents and occupancy rates in the area took a beating during the coronavirus pandemic.
