Global real estate adviser Knight Frank is making 170 promotions across its United Kingdom business.
They include 31 promotions to partner and 58 to associate, with the remaining spread across a multitude of roles. All the promotions begin at the start of July.
Knight Frank, a London-based firm that has business in the United States and Canada among other countries, said the promotions are a demonstration of the partnership’s "commitment to developing its people and providing opportunities: for advancement.
William Beardmore-Gray, senior partner and group chair, Knight Frank, added in a statement: "The long-term success of our business is reliant on Knight Frank being a place where our people feel empowered to build meaningful, lasting careers."
He added that "our partnership model continues to be a cornerstone of our culture and commercial success, offering clear and rewarding career paths for exceptional talent across the globe."
Knight Frank will soon move its London team into 72,400 square feet at Aviva Investors' One Liverpool Street development, with CoStar News first tipping that it would relocate from its West End home at 55 Baker Street in January.
Globally, Knight Frank has more than 20,000 people operating from 600 offices across 50 territories.
