Long Beach Retail Parcel Trades for Nearly $1,206 PSF

L.A. Investor Picks Up 4,100 SF at 5246 E. Second St.

Los Angeles-based DSC-America Inc. acquired a 4,085-square-foot retail property at 5246 E. Second St. in Long Beach for approximately $1,205.50 per square foot. It is among the highest price per square foot retail transactions in Long Beach this year. Raleigh Group One LLC sold the building for nearly $4.93 million.
