Sunray Group, a privately-owned hospitality and real estate development company founded in Toronto by Rattan Gupta, acquired the 237-room Burlington Holiday Inn at 3063 Harvester Road near the interchange of the QEW highway and the Guelph Line in Burlington, Ontario.
