Camden County, the most populous county in southern New Jersey, recently leased 64,601 square feet at 3 Executive Campus, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with plans to take occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to JLL's Dan Close, who arranged the office lease.
