Prime Properties, a company that traces its roots back to operating pinball and video arcades in downtown Montreal before transitioning into real estate, has continued its brisk pace of property purchases with the acquisition of the century-old Medical Arts Building at 1538 Sherbrooke St. W for $10.67 million.
