Nashville City Center Sells For $87.6M

Parmenter Acquires Landmark Office Tower, Brings Fund's Total Value to $550M

Miami-based investment management company Parmenter Realty Partners purchased the Nashville City Center at 511 Union St. in Nashville from the Nashville City Center Partnership for $87.6 million or about $182 per square foot. This sale is the ninth investment for the Parmenter Realty Fund III, bringing its cumulative value to more than $550 million.
