Prologis has confirmed it has signed the Royal Mail for the second of a planned roll out of new automated distribution centres, in this case an 840,000 sq ft hub at the latest phase of the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal in Northamptonshire in the East Midlands, as first revealed by CoStar News last September.
