An office tower once occupied by Fannie Mae before the lender moved into a build-to-suit office building at Granite Park has landed three new tenants, including the headquarters of Interstate Batteries, in a trio of deals that brings the revamped 15-story, 388,432-square-foot office tower to an occupancy of 85%.
