Allina Hospitals and Clinics, a non-profit health care provider network, has signed a lease with retail REIT Kimco Realty Corp., to relocate its Maple Grove clinic location to the 35,150-square-foot former Wickes Furniture space at the Arbor Lakes Retail Center. Occupancy is planned for November.
