Ashford Paradigm Capital Advisors purchased the 86,315-square-foot Brooks Provisions headquarters building at 3445-3535 S. Front St. in Philadelphia for $7.76 million, or about $89 per square foot. Brooks Provisions, an affiliate of the seller, will continue to occupy the building under its original lease, which has three years remaining.
