Somerset House to Undergo Condo Conversion

Tenacity Group of Bethesda, MD, purchased the 84-unit Somerset House apartment building at 1809 16th St. NW in Washington, DC. Republic Land Development LLC sold the property for $8.5 million, or $101,200 per unit.
