Aaron Spelling's Widow Pays $2,848 PSF for L.A. Condo

Candy Spelling, widow of the late television producer Aaron Spelling, purchased the top two levels of the Century in Los Angeles for $47 million, or about $2,848 per square foot, according to The Los Angeles Times. It sets a new record price per square foot for Century City’s latest under construction high-rise condo development.
