Hines REIT Acquires 643,000-SF Portfolio for $42.8M

DCT Industrial Trust Sells Two Bldgs. in DFW Trade Center

Hines REIT has acquired 4050 and 4055 Corporate Drive in Grapevine, TX from DCT Industrial Trust, Inc., a Denver-based REIT, for $42.8 million or about $66 per square foot. The properties are within the DFW Trade Center, a 180-acre office and distribution park four miles north of DFW International Airport.
