Los Angeles County preliminarily concluded the year with a seasonally adjusted unemployment rate of 5.6%, reflecting a decrease of 10 basis points from November's revised figure of 5.7% and a reduction of 50 basis points compared to December 2024's rate of 6.1%. The unadjusted employment rate stood at 5.0%, marking the lowest level recorded in all of 2025.
