American Finance Trust announced it will decrease its monthly dividend of regular common share stock to $0.0708333 per share monthly, or $0.2125 per share quarterly. In decreasing its dividend from $1.10 to $0.85 per share annually, the REI cited the uncertain and rapidly changing environment caused by the COVID-19 virus.
