Calare Acquires Former Hoboken Floors Bldg. at Auction

Industrial Facility Leased to Isaac’s Moving & Storage for Five Years

Calare Properties acquired 181 Campanelli Parkway at the Daniel J. Flynn Auctions of Quincy for $2.8 million, or $46 per square foot, due to the bankruptcy of Hoboken Wood Floorings. Located in the Route 24 Industrial submarket, the 60,900-square-foot industrial building was built in 1990 and sits on 7.1 acres. It features four loading docks, two levelators and two drive-in bays.
