Private Trust Acquires Triple Net Leased Drug Store on 14th Street

The Morris Revocable Trust purchased the 14,820-square-foot Walgreens drug store at 1300 14th St. SW from Edgemark Development LLC for $7.04 million, or about $475 per square foot. The rate of capitalization was 6.25%.
