Local Firm Pays $4.4 Million for Facility at Beltway Corporate Center

Greenspring Realty Partners (GRP), a Baltimore-based full service investment firm, purchased a 67,854-square-foot industrial building at Beltway Corporate Center in Arbutus from Northern Trading Company for $4.37 million, or about $64 per square foot.
