Princeton, New Jersey-based Essential Properties Realty Trust, which owns a portfolio of freestanding, net leased retail property, paid $190.3 million to acquire 91 properties during the second quarter of 2019, while selling just 11 properties for $26.8 million. The acquisitions included a $52 million portfolio transaction of 34 Circle K-branded convenience stores located primarily in Kentucky and Ohio.
