Rising Ground, a nonprofit providing human services in the greater New York area, has sold a 28-acre campus in Yonkers and the Bronx where film studios are said to be planned. The property, bought by real estate developer National Resources for $52.6 million, features landscape design by famed 19th century architect Frederick Law Olmstead.
