HENDERSONVILLE, Tennessee—Elizabeth Randall-Winkle has been appointed as chief strategy officer for STR, Inc.
Randall-Winkle currently is the managing director of London-based STR Global Limited. STR is the largest shareholder of STR Global. Randall-Winkle will begin her new role on 1 January 2016, and she will be replaced at STR Global by Robin Rossmann, formerly a senior director at Deloitte UK.

Prior to being appointed managing director at STR Global in 2009, Randall-Winkle served as the company’s director of operations with responsibilities in operations and client relationship management.
As chief strategy officer, Randall-Winkle will oversee STR’s strategic initiatives, including the launch of its Research, Development & Education Department. Randall-Winkle’s team will be responsible for formalizing the company’s strategic planning processes and assessing whether strategic initiatives, at all levels of the organization, are in line with the company’s standards and objectives.
Randall-Winkle also will continue her involvement in global business as she joins the STR Global board of directors as chair in the second quarter of 2016.
