A joint venture between Paradise Commercial and Arista, a pair of real estate firms active throughout the Greater Toronto Area, acquired the three-building Thornhill Square Shopping Centre, a 172,396-square-foot mixed-use complex at 288, 298, and 300 John St. in Thornhill, Ontario, a suburb of York just north of Toronto.
