Developer sells Baytown apartments in Texas in $41.4 million deal

Troesh Family Foundation acquires and rebrands 256-unit multifamily property

An investment entity affiliated with the Troesh Family Foundation, a Nevada-based charitable organization that has provided grants to higher education, social services and children and youth services including children's hospitals, completed a major acquisition in Baytown, Texas. It bought the 256-unit apartment property from Hunington Properties for $41.42 million or about $156,000 per unit.
