Opus West is nearing completion on the Shoppes at Chino Hills, a 750,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle center development located at Grand Avenue and Peyton Drive in Chino Hills, CA. The project includes 400,000 square feet of retail space, 60,000 square feet of office space, 250 residences, a civic center, community library and police station. Opus has just secured Jacuzzi to locate its headquarters in 30,813 square feet above ground floor retail space. The hot tub brand will also have a showroom. Set to open May 23, 2008, the Shoppes at Chino Hills list of 70 retailers and restaurants includes H&M, Barnes & Noble, Banana Republic, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Trader Joe’s, Peet’s Coffee, American Eagle Outfitters, Lululemon Athletica, Sunglass Hut, Jos A.
