David Zar of Zar Property NY LLC acquired two retail condos occupied by Japanese restaurant Megu at 137-141 Duane St. in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood. An investor known as 137 Duane Condo LLC sold the units for $6.5 million, or about $542 per square foot.
