Reading Completes $69.3M Acquisition of Leasehold Interests in 15 Movie Theatres

Los Angeles, CA-based Reading International, (AMEX:RDI) recently closed on the acquisition of leasehold interests in 15 cinemas, containing 181 screens, from West Hollywood, CA-based Pacific Theatres Corp. for $69.3 million. Reading is an owner, operator and developer of cinemas under brands Angelika Film Center, City Cinemas, and Consolidated Theatres in the U.S.
