Hillwood Signs Renewable Energy Contract for AllianceTexas and Victory Park

Hillwood Named EPA Green Power Partner

Dallas-based Hillwood is a Perot Company best known for its 17,000-acre AllianceTexas project in the Dallas area, its 2,000-acre AllianceCalifornia project in the Los Angeles/San Bernardino area and the American Airlines Center ("AAC") and Victory Park near Downtown Dallas. The company signed a 100%-renewable energy contract for its North Texas properties (AllianceTexas and the AAC/Victory park) and was named a "Green Power Partner" of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"). On Hillwood's behalf, Dallas-based Current Energy negotiated the renewable energy contract with TXU Energy.
