CBRE Investors Buys Controlling Stake in Wood Partners

Atlanta-Based Multifamily Developer Will Retain Name, Management Team

CB Richard Ellis Investors, a real estate investment management company, paid an undisclosed price to purchase a majority stake in Atlanta-based Wood Partners, a top developer of multifamily communities with 13 offices across the nation. CBRE Investors purchased the 10-year-old firm on behalf of one of its institutionally sponsored funds. Wood Partners said its net revenue was nearly $77.77 million last year.
