AEW's Corkin and Royle on What Lies Ahead for Its Develop-to-Core Joint Venture With Allianz

In March 2019, AEW partnered with insurer Allianz to launch a €290m develop-to-core UK logistics strategy focused on funding speculative development units of 200,000 sq ft or larger in prime locations. CoStar News caught up with AEW director Spencer Corkin and Charlie Royle, executive director and portfolio manager, to find out what impact the pandemic has had on their strategy over the past year and where they go from here.
