New Jersey-based Sharbell Development has commenced construction on Downtown Nexton, an urban-inspired mixed-use development in Summerville, South Carolina, encompassing nearly 100 acres between Sigma Drive and Brighton Park Blvd., about 24 miles from Charleston.
