St. Louis, MO-based manufacturer Emerson Power Transmission acquired 1118 Progress Way in Maysville, KY, from Crystal Creative Products, a gift wrap company, for $1.2 million. The 112,500-square-foot industrial property, located about 90 minutes from Cincinnati, OH, traded for a little more than $10.50 per square foot.
