Staubach Atlanta Secures Target Anchor Leases for Three Power Centers

Target Stores Opening in Tennessee

Liz Whiteside, senior vice president and principal of Staubach's Atlanta office represented Target in the site selection of and sale of three stores in Tennessee. A 178,000-square-foot SuperTarget opened March 4th at Colonial TownPark Smyrna in Tennessee. The 415,826-square-foot power center, developed by Colonial Properties Trust, also features Kohl’s, Ross, PetSmart, and Staples. Multifamily residences and two hotels are planned adjacent to the center. A 178,000-square-foot SuperTarget will open soon at The Crossings of Spring Hill, a 466,665-square-foot power center in Spring Hill, Tennessee that also includes Kohl’s, Circuit City, Books-A-Million, PetSmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Ross Dress for Less. Developed by GBT Realty, this center is nearing completion, scheduled for tenant openings this spring. A 126,842-square-foot Target will open at Cleveland Towne Center, just off I-75 at Paul Huff Parkway in Cleveland, Tennessee. The 348,772-square-foot power center also includes Kohl's, Books-A-Million, Michael’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, and Circuit City. This center is also nearing completion with tenants opening this spring.
