Teddy Sagi takes Midtown portfolio to over 1m sq ft with £350m Bloomsbury buy

Israeli billionaire Teddy Sagi has further consolidated his property holdings in London’s Midtown, having exchanged contracts with Lebanon’s M1 to buy Victoria House for around £350m, CoStar News can reveal.

Sagi is believed to have bought the 300,000 sq ft development on Bloomsbury Square for a capital value of around £1,200 per sq ft, in a move which take his Midtown property holdings to more than 1m sq ft. He went under offer on the deal earlier this summer, as revealed by CoStar News.
