Bo-Bud Construction Sells 672-Unit Multifamily Property for $107.5M

The County of Fairfax, VA, purchased a 672-unit apartment complex in Annandale, VA, from Bo-Bud Construction Co. for $107.5 million, or about $160,00 per unit, to preserve the community as an affordable housing for seniors and low-income residents.
