Health Insurance Administrator Inks Long-Term Office Lease in Suburban Chicago

When Hallmark Services Corp. was looking for space that would accommodate both its headquarters and call center operations, it narrowed its choices down to two existing buildings and a built-to-suit option on existing space. It finally decided on M&J Wilkow's Naperville Woods Office Center, a 492,000-square-foot office complex 30 miles west of downtown Chicago, to save $7 million over the built-to-suit space and accommodate its long-term growth plans.
