HSA Commercial Real Estate, a full service investment firm headquartered in Chicago, has purchased a 68-acre site near I-94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border where it plans to develop Bristol Highlands Commerce Center, a multi-phase, three-building business park totaling over 1 million square feet.
