Google offers new look at gathering spaces, public art in Chicago's Thompson Center revamp

Google is adding a grand staircase inside the Thompson Center and a big piece of public art on the plaza outside the former government office building as one of the most closely watched real estate projects in Chicago history moves closer to the finish line.
