First Lexington Company, a wealth management and acquisitions firm, sold the 49,059-square-foot retail building at 2473 Fortune Drive in Lexington, Kentucky to The Land Store, Inc, a real estate firm based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, for $6.5 million or $132 per square foot. According to CoStar analytics, the average sale price per square foot for retail building is $151 with an 8% capitalization rate.
