Veritas Investments, a San Francisco-based real estate investment management firm founded in 2007 by Yat-Pang Au that manages mixed-use and multifamily properties on behalf of institutional and individual investors, added a stately 48-unit multifamily property in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood to its portfolio. The company paid $18.35 million, or about $382,292 per unit for the property.
