The North Kelowna Industrial Park, which consists of two warehouses located at 375 Potterton Road and 8826 Jim Bailey Crescent in Kelowna, British Columbia, has sold through a court-ordered receivership process related to assets associated with the Manna Industrial Fund (Value-Add) Limited Partnership, which was placed in receivership.
