Chatham Financial, a Philadelphia-based capital markets adviser, agreed to acquire Hodes Weill & Associates, a global capital advisory firm focused on real estate. Chatham's chairman called the deal a response to a fundamental shift in how real estate managers approach capital structure, risk management and advisory relationships.
