Callison Architecture, a top architecture and design firm, agreed to stay on for an additional 10 years at 1453 Third St. Promenade in Santa Monica. The firm had existing space of 10,440 square feet and will now expand into 6,656 square feet for a total of 17,096 square feet. The deal is valued at approximately $10.5 million.
