Distribution Center in Valwood Industrial Park Sells for $5.4 Million

Georgia-based Wells Real Estate Fund sold the flex building at 14079 Senlac Drive in Dallas from a Northbrook, IL-based investor, Randy Blankstein, for $5.41 million, or approximately $135.50 per square foot.
