Dinerstein & Fritsche Anderson JV Purchases 85,000-SF Greenway Plaza Office Building

Din/Cal Office LP, a joint venture between local multifamily developer The Dinerstein Cos. and Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, recently purchased Richmond Tower from Austin-based 3411 Richmond Partners Ltd. The office property is at 3411 Richmond Ave. in Houston's Greenway Plaza submarket. The sales price was not disclosed, but reports value the transaction at around $120 per square foot, or approximately $10.2 million.
