Tioga Hotel Sells to Washington Investor

Deal Includes Adjacent Koski Building; Both Properties Listed on National Historic Registry

Washington developer Loren Ness has acquired the Tioga Hotel and the adjacent Koski Building in Coos Bay, OR, from the Estate of Merlin Wisby for $2.63 million, or about $38 per square foot. Both buildings are on the National Historic Registry.
