Maybern, a fintech company that builds fund management software for private equity and real estate firms, has renewed and expanded its headquarters office footprint to 30,000 square feet at 10 Astor Place in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood, according to a 10-year deal with building owner GFP Real Estate.
